PENGEMBANGAN VIDEO MODELING SIMBOLIS BERMUATAN KESENIAN TUNDANG UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HARMONI SOSIAL SISWA SMP

Sejatinya penelitan pengembangan ini dilatar belakangi oleh maraknya kasus tindakan kekerasan fisik maupun verbal yang dilakukan siswa. Informasi  diperoleh melalui need assessment, menunjukkan rendahnya harmoni sosial siswa seperti kesadaran keberagaman budaya, toleransi, keterbukaaan diri dan menyelesaikan konflik secara konstruktif. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, diperlukan bantuan konselor sekolah melalui pendekatan bimbingan secara terpadu dan terintegrasi dengan memasukkan budaya lokal dan  teknologi.  Perpaduan tersebut  dilakukan melalui bimbingan kelompok dengan video modeling simbolis bermuatan kesenian tundang berisi nilai-nilai harmoni sosial. Penelitian ini mengadopsi dari pengembangan Borg and Gall, dengan melakukan enam tahap, yaitu (1) studi pendahuluan, (2) perencanaan, (3) pengembangan produk, (4) validasi produk, (5) revisi produk, dan (6) produk akhir. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif, maksudnya mendeskripsikan setiap butir penilaian yang diberikan oleh para ahli dan calon pengguna. Tujuan penelitian pengembangan ini adalah membuat produk berupa panduan harmoni sosial dan video modeling simbolis bermuatan kesenian tundang sebagai media praktis bagi konselor sekolah untuk melaksanakan bimbingan. Penggunaan media berupa video kesenian tundang ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan nilai-nilai harmoni sosial. Hasil  penelitian mengungkap bahwa penilaian dari ahli media, ahli budaya dan calon pengguna menunjukkan bahwa video modeling simbolis bermuatan kesenian tundang  memiliki validitas tinggi dan keberterimaan sangat baik.  Saran dari penelitian ini yaitu mengingat penelitian ini hanya sampai uji ahli dan calon pengguna, bagi peneliti selanjutnya  melakukan uji efektifitas untuk melihat keefektifan produk ini.

Indeed, this development research is motivated by the rise of cases of physical and verbal violence by students. Information is obtained through a need assessment which shows the low level of social harmony among students, such as awareness of cultural diversity, tolerance,   self-disclosure   and resolving conflicts constructively. To overcome this, it is necessary to help school counselors through an integrated and integrated approach to guidance by incorporating local culture and technological. The combination is carried out through group guidance with symbolic modeling videos containing tundang art containing social harmony values. This study adopts the development of Borg and Gall, by carrying out six stages, namely (1) preliminary study, (2) planning, (3) product development, (4) product validation, (5) product revision, and (6) final product . The analysis technique used is descriptive, meaning that it describes each item of assessment given by experts and potential users.The purpose of this development research is to make a product in the form of social harmony guide with symbolic modeling videos containing tundang art as a practical medium for school counselors to carry out guidance. The use of media in the form of tundang art videos is expected to increase social harmony values. The results of the study revealed that the assessments of media experts, cultural experts and potential users showed that the symbolic modeling videos containing tundang art  had high validity and very good acceptance. The suggestion from this study is that considering this research is only up to testing experts and potential users, for further researchers to do an effectiveness test to see the effectiveness of this product.
