Pendidikan sebagai pangkal dari karir dimana siswa harus mempersiapkan diri dan berperan aktif dalam pendidikannya. Salah satu aspek keberhasialan karir diantaranya self efficacy, seperti keyakinan diri, pengambilan keputusan, fungsi, dan tujuan yang didasarakan pada pengalaman, keadaan sosial, dan kebudayaannya. Namun, perilaku self efficacy rendah juga nenimbulkan efek yang bisa menjadi masalah serius jika tidak bisa diatasi segera mungkin. Ada bereapa perilaku rendahnya self efficacy yang harus diperhatikan, seperti mudah menyerah, cepat bosan dengan tugas yang diberikan, berdampak pada perencanaan karir, eksplorasi karir dan diri, serta pembuatan keputusan. Melalui studi multicuIturaI, diharapkan pembaca memiliki perspektif yang lebih komprehensif dalam melihat fenomena self efficacy pemilihan karir siwa sebagai bagian dari MulticuIturaI Counseling Competencies.

Education as the base of careers in which students must prepare and play an active role in education. One aspect of career success is self efficacy, such as self-belief, decision making, function, and purpose based on experience, social condition, and culture. However, low self efficacy behaviors also have an effect that can be a serious problem if not resolved as soon as possible. There are several behaviors of low self efficacy that must be considered, such as easily give up, quickly bored with the task given, impact on career planning, career and self exploration, and decision making. Through multilangIturaI study, it is expected that readers have a more comprehensive perspective in looking at the phenomenon of self-efficacy of choosing a learner career as part of MulticuIturaI Counseling Competencies.
