Teachers must have experienced difficulties but not too often, some of the difficulties encountered were from student and school factors. Motivating students is one way for teachers to raise enthusiasm when students start paying less attention to learning. Based on the results of the study, it is suggested that teachers can master and use the right method in implementing learning strategies.
