The implementation of Full Day School (FDS) is very beneficial for schools, and schools have the flexibility to create FDS policies in their respective units. However, as the Covid-19 outbreak spreads, there are specific impacts that hinder the implementation of education so that FDS cannot be carried out as usual because the education unit carries out online learning, including FDS activities carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Kota Bangun and SMA Negeri 1 Muara Wis, in Kutai Kartanegara Regency, East Kalimantan Province. This article results from field research with a qualitative descriptive approach to determine changes in FDS learning management carried out by schools during the Covid-19 pandemic. The study results found an explanation that FDS activities in each education unit were still carried out even though they were constrained by place and time. The school directs homeroom teachers to continue implementing the FDS learning approach with home visits to monitor students for their learning progress.
