Teaching becomes very hard professions in the world, especially teaching English in speaking skill. As teachers, have good sense in teaching and understand how to use method in teaching will make themselves easier in handling the classroom and addressing the students. One of the methods to easily get that is using verbal communication between teacher and students in everytime . This qualitative research shows up that developing strategy of verbal communication make the teacher easier in teaching to make the students get participated and motivated in learning speaking. The result proved that using several strategies of verbal communication by giving the students an interesting speaking prompt and showing visual things hook students’ interest in learning speaking and giving the students’ motivational activities such as games, simulation, roleplay, and exploration motivate them in learning speaking.
