ANALYSIS OF SERVICE QUALITY ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AT WARUNG DADAKAN EATING HOUSES BANJARMASIN

Warung Dadakan is a restaurant located in the city of Banjarmasin, located at KM.7. This study aims to (1) determine the quality of service to consumer satisfaction at the Warung Dadakan Banjarmasin restaurant. (2) find out what are the obstacles to the management of Warung Dadakan Banjarmasin Restaurant in providing quality service to customer satisfaction. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research.

This research was conducted at Warung Impromptu which is located on Jalan A.Yani Km.7, Pemurus Luar, Kec. South Banjarmasin, Banjarmasin City. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the first study, show that in terms of service speed, and employee skills, as well as reliability in serving consumers, it is quite good, it would be even better if it continued to be improved in terms of speed in providing services to consumers.

The Banjarmasin Warung Sudden Restaurant is very good, plus there is a prayer room to make it easier for Muslims to pray at that place. In addition, the parking area provided is very wide. The results of the second study, namely the obstacles faced, namely from Human Resources, which means that they are from the Warung Dadan employees themselves.

The next obstacle is when consumers are busy at the Warung Dadan Restaurant, sometimes employees are not optimal in providing services to consumers. Another obstacle is that there are many sellers of similar products, which makes the competition even tougher.
