Level comfort or satisfaction employee very related with all matter Which There is at the company. In an effort to provide comfort to employees, the Company must provide a competitive compensation system with expectations and goals that can improve satisfaction Work. This research aims to find out remuneration or compensation Which should done for employees to increase satisfaction Work employee in CV Top Jaya Autopart Center Banjarmasin. Design study used For study is study descriptive. Technique collection of data can be done with observation And interviews with a number of employees. Material data was collected using a questionnaire to reach a conclusion. The research results show that (1) Direct compensation is the salary given The company is quite satisfactory for employees. (2) Providing compensation in kind No direct that is allowance Still felt Not yet Enough For fulfill need employee. (3) Employees feel satisfied will be the facilities provided by the company management within help work but job satisfaction is not perceived optimally above what is given company to meet the needs of workers or employees.
