This study aims to find out and analyze what marketing strategies are most appropriate in increasing sales volume at Alfi Grocery Stores. This study used a qualitative research design and data analysis using observation, interviews and documentation. The research results are analyzed so that they become the actual research results. The results showed that the lack of promotion was only carried out by placing banners and good service so that it was less effective in this modern era, marketing products only relied on business locations rather than marketing products via the internet and so on. The problem of implementing the marketing strategy has always received attention in terms of sales volume.
