ANALYSIS OF WORK DISCIPLINE IN AN EFFORT TO IMPROVE EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT PT. MENSA BINASUKSES BANJARMASIN

This research was conducted using qualitative methods. Research data collected through interviews, documentation, and observation. Furthermore, descriptive analysis was used to analyze the collected data.
The results show (1) that there are still many undisciplined action from some employees at PT. Mensa Binasukses Banjarmasin, from being late to work, resting beyond the alloted hours, to not coming to work without reason.
Based on these findings, (2) it is suggested that organizations must pay attention to the importance of building a strong work discipline culture. This can be done through the implementation of clear policies and procedures, employee training and development, as well as effective supervision.
