The purpose of this study is to determine the analysis of marketing strategies in increasing targets at the Business Government Enterprise Service (BGES) Division of Corporate SPBU PT. Inayah Group Cb. Ahmad Yani KM.6 Banjarmasin which has been and should be.

The research method uses descriptive qualitative research. The population and sample in the study were 5 people consisting of 5 Accounting Managers who had worked for more than 5 years. Data collection techniques using documentation, interviews and observation.

Based on the research results it is known that the products sold by PT. Inayah Group Cb. Ahmad Yani KM.6 Banjarmasin only 3 types with 3 dispensers and has limited land and does not have a rest area and is located at a crossroads which is prone to traffic jams and accidents. Preferably at gas stations PT. Inayah Group Cb. Ahmad Yani KM.6 Banjarmasin fixes Pertamina's condition, provides rest areas, expands land considering that there is still vacant land that is owned and provides optimal and honest service to consumers.
