Human Resource Management is an integral part of company management that plays a crucial role in achieving organizational goals. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of transformational leadership in enhancing employee performance at PT Agri Bumi Sentosa. This study employs a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through interviews with the head of the division and employees, as well as direct observation and analysis of related documents. The data were then analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study indicate that transformational leadership plays a crucial role in enhancing employee performance at PT Agri Bumi Sentosa. Transformational leadership can increase employee motivation, engagement and commitment, as well as creativity and innovation in the workplace. Moreover, transformational leadership can create an inclusive work environment and help employees achieve their goals. This study contributes to the understanding of the role of transformational leadership in HR Management. The practical implications of this study are that companies should pay attention to the importance of transformational leadership in enhancing employee performance and achieving organizational goals. This study can also serve that want to improve employee performance through the application of transformational leadership in their HR Management.
