This research aims to: (1) Enhance the development of human resources with the ultimate objective of boosting employee performance at PT. Global Samudra Borneo. (2) Comprehend the system employed in cultivating human resources capable of enhancing implementation that represents PT. Global Samudra Borneo. The exploratory method utilized in this study is subjective graphics. The data employed were acquired through interviews with the administrative staff and employees of PT. Global Samudra Borneo. The process of gathering information is supplemented by perception and documentation techniques. The findings of this study reveal that: (1) The progress of human assets plays a crucial role in enhancing presentation representation at PT. Global Samudra Borneo. (2) The system put in place to improve representative implementation involves preparations such as Main Task Managers (POP) and Activity Center Managers (POM) to facilitate the handling of event changes and worker implementation at PT. Global Samudra Borneo.
