The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine job satisfaction and employee performance at PT. Pelindo Tpk-Banjarmasin Container Terminal. For some office workers PT. Pelindo Tpk-Banjarmasin Container Terminal which must be moved. Job satisfaction is one of the ways companies use to improve the performance of their employees, companies are unlikely to achieve their goals properly if employees are dissatisfied with their jobs. Job satisfaction can be achieved through good cooperation between company management and employees. Therefore, companies must be able to make rules that can improve performance with the help of predetermined rules, employees follow the rules and do not perform additional tasks, so that job satisfaction can increase employee performance. This type of research is explanatory research using survey research methods, data collection methods through interviews and documentation research. Data analysis techniques were carried out qualitatively and this research was carried out with the number of employees at PT. Pelindo Tpk-Banjarmasin Container Terminal as many as 3 people. The results showed that job satisfaction obtained from the results of employee interviews was classified as very good, and employee performance was also very good.
