PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA UKM

Abstract
Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) telah terbukti pada banyak negara, mampu menjadi tulang punggung ekonomi kerakyatan yang dapat meredam dampak ekonomi global. Banjarmasin sebagai ibu kota provinsi Kalimantan selatan telah menjadi rumah bagi banyak usaha kecil dan menengah untuk berbagai industry. Salah satu ciri khas dari suku banjar adalah kain sasirangan yang mayoritas pelaku usahanya berlokasi di kota Banjarmasin. Kinerja UKM menjadi salah satu focus dalam menjamin keberlanjutan usaha. UKM sasirangan di Banjarmasin mayoritas telah memiliki usia yang sudah cukup lama dan mampu bertahan hingga saat ini. Untuk menjamin kinerja yang baik, tentunya tidak lepas dari tata kelola sumberdaya manusia yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu interaksi antara motivasi yang diberikan oleh para pelaku usaha kepada para karyawannya. Jumlah sampel yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 35 orang. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang sangat erat antara motivasi dan kepuasan kerja karyawan UKM kain sasirangan terhadap kinerja UKM. Pembahasan mendetail akan dibahas dalam tiap bagian pada artikel ini.
