At-Tadbir: Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen is an open access, Double-Blind Review scientific journal, publishes articles in the fields of economics, management, and business in the area of finance, human resource management, marketing management, operational management, information system management, and strategy management. At-Tadbir was published first in 2017 online with volume 1 number 1, January 2017 by the Master of Management Study Program, under the Postgraduate Program of the Islamic University of Borneo, Muhammad Arsyad Al Banjari, Banjarmasin. At-Tadbir is published twice a year in January and July both in Only in English. At-Tadbir conducted a peer-review process. The editor can revise the text without changing the original substance of the author. Articles submitted to the editorial board must be original manuscripts that have never been published in journals and other publishers.
