PENERAPAN LEAN WAREHOUSING UNTUK MINIMASI PEMBOROSAN PADA WAREHOUSE FINISHED GOODS DIVISI INLINE PT. DUA KELINCI

Peningkatan kinerja harus dilakukan secara terus menerus pada semua lini proses produksi agar dapat meminimalisir pemborosan yang terjadi salah satunya dengan menerapkan lean warehouse. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada gudang PT. Dua Kelinci divisi inline yang bergerak di bidang penyedia makanan ringan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui jenis pemborosan apa saja yang terdapat di gudang, mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis pemborosan yang memiliki nilai tertinggi, kemudian mengurangi pemborosan tersebut. Big picture mapping digunakan untuk memetakan secara visual dan menganalisis pemborosan yang terjadi pada aliran proses produksi di gudang. Untuk mengetahui pemborosan yang paling banyak terjadi digunakan kuesioner dan didapatkan pemborosan dengan nilai tertinggi yaitu pemborosan jenis movement. Selanjutnya diidentifikasi penyebab terjadinya movement tersebut dengan menggunakan fishbone diagram. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke), penelitian ini menyarankan pengurangan movement dengan pembuangan barang tidak diperlukan; pemberian garis area batas stasiun kerja; pembuatan jadwal periode pembersihan; pengetatan prosedur kerja; dan penataan ulang.
