Small industry is one of the rescuers as a foreign exchange earner State in times
of economic crisis in Indonesia. Small industries is managed by the community and
funding free of foreign debt. One small industries survive in times of economic crisis
is a processing batik its market share is consumers from within the country itself.
Small industry batik sasirangan until today still not be developed yet
nationally and its market share is still in the region of South Kalimantan. In an effort
to increase market share nationwide consumer sasirangan batik is necessary to study
in-depth about the preparation of the business strategy for small industries.
Government attention is needed to empower people to improve managing business.
Especially in developing small industry batik sasirangan. However, it is also the role
of public institutions and universities by providing socialization and counseling, in
order to accelerate the empowerment felt by the public and obtain optimalization of
product selling and to inprove managing the business.
In an effort to increase business profits, small industry batik sasirangan need to
be given knowledge about the business strategic.
