Amplang is a traditional snack made from fish and then famous around South
Kalimantan. Amplang is made from mackerel fish, which is mixed with starch and other
ingredients, and then fried. The production of envelopes in the city of Banjarmasin began to
be widely produced by the community. One of them is the Banjarmasin MHA, which was
produced by one of the families in the Sei Jingah area of Banjarmasin. Starting from
participating in work with people, they finally dared to try to open their own businesses with
their own characteristics. This training activity aims to assist processing of envelopes in
product innovation, meaning here the processors of amplang especially home industries such
as the MANG amplang to be able to compete with other envelope products are not
underestimated. It is hoped that this training can help amplang processors survive and
compete by having their own characteristics.
