Dampak pandemi COVID-19 telah secara signifikan mengubah beberapa aspek bisnis, terutama dalam ranah teknologi informasi (IT). Penelitian ini difokuskan pada implementasi metode agile, khususnya framework Scrum, yang menjadi perhatian utama perusahaan konsultan IT di Indonesia sebagai respons terhadap perubahan tersebut. Dalam eksplorasi implementasi framework Scrum pada manajemen proyek teknologi informasi selama pandemi, sebuah survei dilakukan di perusahaan konsultan IT di Indonesia. Penelitian ini membahas proses implementasi framework Scrum serta dampaknya terhadap kepuasan tim development dan stakeholder, penggunaan scrum dalam sebuah proyek, dan keberhasilan dari proyek yang mengimplementasi scrum. Temuan menunjukkan peningkatan yang cukup signifikan dalam tingkat keberhasilan proyek, meskipun beberapa kendala seperti gangguan eksternal dan kurangnya pengalaman tim terhadap framework Scrum teridentifikasi. Secara keseluruhan, Scrum terbukti sebagai metodologi yang adaptif dan responsif, memberikan manfaat berupa motivasi tim dan dukungan yang dibutuhkan untuk menghadapi proyek-proyek baru. Evaluasi dan peningkatan berkelanjutan diakui sebagai faktor kunci untuk memastikan keberlanjutan dan keberhasilan implementasi Scrum di masa mendatang.
